I want a bot to be run on a windows OS.
Bot has to do next thing. Has to play a roulette game on different interfaces.
Abilities that bot has to have

I must be able to explain to the bot how does the CURRENT particular roulette interface work, that means I have to be able to teach it, where are the login/money transfer/chips change/steak change buttons located. It must be able to work with all kinds of different locations of the buttons. I must be able to let it know where on the screen the current button will appear so it can use it.


It must be able to place 350 bets all with a different amount of "money" (the amount on each bet has to be editable)


It has to be able to recognize the number that a roulette has rolled.
It has to be able to place the bet on the same number that was previously rolled.
It has to be able to recognize if it won or lost.
If it lost, it should continue placing bets with the earlier determined amount of "money" e.g. there is 350 cells that determine what amount has to be placed from 1st bet to the 350th bet. if the bot loses 200 times the 201st bet has to be exactly the one that is written in cell 201 in the admin panel.

Bot has to count the total winnings during 24 hours and keep the text log in different folder saying on each line 'dd/mm/yy - amount'
1 text log on each month with 30 days report. text doc name should be mm/yy.

Bot has to have the ability to send the message/interface information/previous number rolled to other bots ONLINE on some other IPs and PCs to log in to their accounts go to the CURRENT particular website and start playing together with this bot.
WHICH MEANS
Every bot has to have the ability to receive this kind of information, analyze it and use it.
Every bot has to be able to SEND the information to a PARTICULAR bot which is determined in the admin panel.
Every bot has to have its own unique name in the bots network (which they also have to have) so that bot1 knows exactly to which bot it has to send the information. (Most likely information like this would be kept in *.ini file)

ALL THE features including usernames and passwords, NAMES of bots, interface recognition Saving/Loading options, 350 different bet amounts determination and every other little information has to be editable/configurable through the admin panel.

I understand a lot of things might be complicated here and I'm ready to give a 12 hour support on skype and/or with emails.

Please let me know what's your thought about this, or how much this might cost. Also I'm kinda in a hurry.

Yes websites. Yes of course, there will be a few examples for the beginning for whoever will agree to work on the project. =)

Well, drop some example, it's hard to imagine what you want exactly (artificial intelligence?) from the description.

rlib, no need for any examples, I want the bot to have an admin panel in which I'll be able to determine an exact SPOT on the screen where particular buttons that bot has to use during its work are located. Any example would be appropriate as long as interfaces and button placements on the screen might change.

Alex, odesk does not accept this kind of jobs also we have a Russian speaking rep to talk to devs via skype, but thanks for advice.

(With all other features you described).

Actually, why not to use it? It can call external programs on specified events.
