По умолчанию Товарищи, очень нужна помощь...

Здравствуйте.Мне нужна помощь в этом файле декодирования.Мне сдавать его через 3 дня, а я помимо того что не до конца вникаю в него, ещё и заболел.И мне очень нужно разобраться в нём.Я очень прошу, у кого есть возможность пометить всё комментариями, чтобы мне стало понятнее.В долгу не останусь.Заранее спасибо.
