Добрый день! Меня интересует, где проходят обучение разработчики игр,
например тех, кто создает такие игры как: S.T.A.L.K.E.R, F.E.A.R, CS:GO Также онлайн-игры World of Warcraft, World of Tanks Ведь пускай если знаешь С++ это хорошо, но ведь всё знать не будешь? Разработчики таких игр приходят в эти проекты после завершения проектов по меньше. Обычно сами пишут небольшие игры, а далее портфолио и поиск работы. Рассылают резюме, хедхантеры сманивают с проекта на проект.
Где они учатся? Да не где эта та элита тот 1% который способен учиться сам. По книгам, по примерам. На личном опыте. И не забываем, что тут нужен талант. Надо уметь не только быстро учиться, но и быстро решать задачи. Но талант ещё надо раскрыть. Так что тут ещё не мало играет роль преподаватели. А преподавателей надо искать через знакомых. Если человек талантливый и вы найдёте того кто крутиться в области разработки игр и будет готов вас учить, то считай вам повезло. В нашей стране я бы сказал, что сильная школа, а потом МГУ ВМК. Вот на ВМК вам помогут раскрыть талант. Но стоит понимать, что в вузе дают "базу", а не учат делать игры. Учёба и рост над собой это разные вещи хотя и идут рука об руку.

А так же нужна большая скорость разработки. Поэтому применяют универсальные движки, чтобы собирать игры под разные платформы в один клик, без изменения кода Самые популярные бесплатные, написанные на C/C++:
